3e9c5c4017 Fix ProcessType parameter parsing. 
ParamStr() uses 0..ParamCount where 0 is the executable filename, 1 is the first and ParamCount is the last parameter.

af9869319c Undo TApplication.Create's OleInitialize in the sub-processes to prevent the Debug-DLLs from failing with an "Invalid COM thread model change" assertion. 
Added optional TCefApplication.DestroyApplicationObject:Boolean property that causes the VCL's Application object to be destroyed. This will undo all the code from TApplication.Create. The Default value is "False" because if user code accesses the Application object in a sub-process it will cause NullReferenceExceptions.

437c3bf4c0 Bug fix #222 
- Fixed ICEFPostData and TCefPostData declarations
- Fixed CustomAbsolutePath to convert the relative path to absolute path even when CustomPathCanonicalize fails.
- Added a POST example to the URLRequest demo.
- Updated the PostInspectorBrowser demo for the new ICEFPostData decalrations.

8ec0801777 CustomAbsolutePath canonicalizes relative and absolute paths now. 
Added CustomPathIsURL and CustomPathIsUNC functions
Added checks in CustomPathCanonicalize to avoid buffer overruns and unsupported paths.

c7b91264cb Added functions and events to flush the cookies easily. 
- Added  TChromium.FlushCookieStore and TFMXChromium.FlushCookieStore functions.
- Added TChromium.OnCookiesFlushed and TFMXChromium.OnCookiesFlushed events
- Added a menu option in the MiniBrowser demo to test the new functions to flush the cookies.
