Added the source directory to all the search paths
Replaced packages with a DPK file for old Delphi versions and a group for newer Delphi versions.
Updated all include files

e36cd5e8c7 Added a "Show DevTools" context menu option to the DOMVisitor demo 
- Updated the DOMVisitor demo for Lazarus.
- Replaced some local variable types from string to ustring to fix some issues in Delpi XE2.
