Salvador Díaz Fau 1fa2f43b0c Update to CEF 77.1.18
- Modified CefPostTask and CefPostDelayedTask to return a boolean value.
- Added CefCurrentlyOn helper function.
- Replaced all "CEF3" mentions by "CEF".
