IOCTL                    Send Control String to Device Driver

 IOCTL[#]filenum,stringexpr

    Sends a command string of up to 255 characters to a specified device
    driver.

     filenum    The number under which the device driver was OPENed.

  stringexpr    A string expression of up to 255 characters; can include
                multiple commands separated by semicolons.
