Changes a color in the palette. This statement can be used only with
the Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA).
<U>attribute</U> Represents a color in the palette. The range of values
depends on the screen mode (see below).
<U>color</U> Actual display color. The range of values depends on the
screen mode (see below).
